03运作方式

意向
导师和学员通过平台登记意向。
结对
辅导员提出结对建议，任何一方都可以拒绝。
协议
结对双方签署一份关于目标和界限的简短协议。
审阅
咨询师在结对期间和结束时进行跟进。

04始终遵守的原则

  • 每位导师在首次结对前都要经过审查
  • 每对涉及未成年人的结对都适用保护规则
  • 导师辅导绝不用于为任何政党或事业招募人员
  • 任何一方都可以随时终止结对
  • 个人详情只由咨询师保管，绝不公开
